HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BAG(S)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T WORK?
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box right next to your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
WHERE IN THE WORLD DO YOUR BAGS SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide with E-Package. For orders to Russia and to remote areas without DHL facilities, we ship with EMS.
*Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We charge no shipping cost from our customers its free of charge. 😉
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Ibiza Boho Bags cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BAG(S) TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time is about 15- 20 business days, but most of the time your package will arrive much sooner.
CAN I TRACK MY BAGS JOURNEY?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number on Ibizabohobag.com

CAN I RETURN MY BAG?
Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will reship or refund immediately. If you’re simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
