If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will reship or refund immediately. If you’re simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Shipping time is about 15- 20 business days, but most of the time your package will arrive much sooner.
